    I would say that no-one can deny that we are living in a highly polluted world.  Every effort must be made to try and reduce any further pollution of this planet if we want our children to be able to survive on our beautiful  earth.   EcoGem represents a small contribution we make to reduce pollution.                   

 EcoGem  provides a cost effective, non toxic and environmentally friendly method for cleaning injectors, removing hard carbon and hence loosening up encrusted piston rings, preventing in this way blow-by (i.e contamination of oil through unburned fuel and the burning of oil in combustion chambers) and improving overall engine efficiency and longevity.

Furthermore EcoGem is a brilliant example of our ‘liquid metal technology. Brass particles are that small (consisting of so few atoms per cluster) that they can be suspended in a liquid by the ‘Brownian Movement’ of  molecules in the liquid.

These fine brass particles are coating pistons, piston rings and the wall of the combustion chamber with an extremely fine film. Compression is improved and so is overall engine performance, exhaust emissions and fuel consumption.

The development of   EcoGem  (through HARMONOLOGY PTY.LTD.) goes back to the late 1980’s and was tested by many friends and associates. Since 1995 it was made available to the general public as EcoGem Fuel Enhancer and found many happy customers mainly in the Newcastle area.  

EcoGem Engine Re-conditioner is a further development and brings fast and good results.

 The original EcoGem has been used by thousands of private vehicle owners and small companies and many of them are long-term users. We never had any claims for engine damage etc. but numerous good comments on how much quieter and smoother the engine was running as well as how much more power it developed and how fuel economy improved. This is true for all types of engines and vehicles, unleaded, leaded, diesel – for motor bikes, boats, trucks, cars, earth moving machinery and so on.

Some very favourable comments were made on fuel saving, and we have test reports to back this up.

 Test report no 1 is a report from the Hong Kong POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY which shows a fuel saving of 8.7% to 16.3% and reduced exhaust emissions.

Test report no 2 is a report on a diesel injected VW Transporter.

 Report no 3 is a report on a 1986 Mazda. The vehicle had an emission test when it was new (approx. 2000 km) and again after it had used Eco Gem for some 400 000 km over a 10 year period. The test conducted at 421.000 km showed that  vehicle emissions were lower than when the vehicle was new.

 Report no 4 was written by Newcastle Toyota Workshop. The cylinder head was removed on a 1996 Toyota diesel Ute which had travelled 174 444 km and had been using EcoGem for the last 70 000 km. The report indicates (and the pictures taken actually show) the very good state the engine was in and the remarkable condition of the motor.

Carbon deposits are soft and can be easily wiped away with a rag  (see cylinder head on right hand side)

 Hone marks and brass deposits can be clearly seen (Toyota diesel ute -approximately 175 000 km

 

 

This photo shows the cylinder wall of an 1982 Mitsubishi Sigma after treatment with EcoGem.

The vehicle emitted huge volumes of smoke before the use of EcoGem. After a strong treatment with EcoGem all smoke emissions ceased. Please observe  brass deposits on  cylinder wall.

 

 

  EcoGem Engine Re-conditioner   is doing all that in one simple application. It only takes 10 minutes at most to run the liquid (approx. 1 litre) through an engine. The improvement can be seen and felt immediately.

 Recommendation for use: remove a small hose from a suction pipe and attach the plastic tube. Make certain that the tap on the plastic hose is switched off. Start engine and run until warm.

Run engine between 2000 and 3000  rpm. Put plastic hose into the liquid in the bottle and open tap until a constant but small amount of    EcoGem  runs through. Wait until bottle is empty.

Detach tube and reattach hose.

NOTE: if     EcoGem  is running too fast through the plastic tube the engine may stall.

  EcoGem   does NOT contain dangerous acids or toxic chemicals !

  EcoGem is NOT able to fix mechanical problems such as burned valves or cracked piston rings !
